Batonka Guest Lodge is a little oasis away from the bustle of town, but close enough to access all the main attractions. It's renowned for its exceptional service standards and lush gardens with an easy going tone that makes it perfect for family vacations or romantic getaways alike.
The lodge offers 27 rooms that combine Victoria Falls' colonial past and African flavour in elegant, contemporary décor. All of the rooms are air-conditioned and have en-suite bathrooms as well a private balcony or patio to enjoy sweeping views of the surrounding gardens and swimming pool areas.
The main resort area offers both indoor and outdoor dining options, a cozy lounge or, guests can relax with a drink while enjoying the beautiful scenery from an open veranda overlooking the gorgeous gardens and the pool.
The Batonka Guest Lodge directors are actively involved with the day-to-day running of the establishment, which is one of the reasons why their service levels are so fondly talked about by their guests on Trip Advisor and other review platforms.
As serious advocates of safeguarding their environment today and for generations to come, Batonka have implemented a number of energy efficient and recycling features into the Lodge construction, such as solar heated water boilers, water collection and recycling, inverter air-conditioning and LED lighting technology to name a few.
This lodge was officially opened on the 21ˢᵗ of June 2016 by the Honourable Minister of Tourism and Hospitality, Dr Eng Walter Mzembi (MP).

Eleven rooms with spacious patios look out over a private garden with manicured lawns and indigenous trees that offer a welcome perch to a variety of birdlife. Eight of these rooms inter-lead and are ideal for families or groups travelling together. Each large, well-appointed room boasts a spacious en-suite bathroom with double basins and large shower.
One of these rooms has an annex which has been set up as a child’s room. It has two single beds with an adjoining bath and toilet and is decorated in child friendly prints and style. It is one of the inter-leading rooms so with the annex, main room, and the inter-leading it comfortable fits a family of six.
Bed configuration on request, double or twin. Extra bed can be in place for children under 12 years. Cots also available.
Sixteen rooms with private patios look out over manicured lawns to our secluded pool area. Each large, well-appointed room boasts a spacious en suite bathroom with double basins, bath and shower for our weary travellers.
